Meaning he can use Mario's Triple Jump, Spin Attack, and even some of his power-ups.
Oh wait! I just realized they're actually formed from comets. Learn something new every day. Anyway, his power-ups.
The Bee Mushroom allows Cosmic to fly for a short amount of time, the Boo Mushroom allows him to become a Boo and go through walls. The Red Star allows him to fly, and the Cloud Mushrom does the same...but the Red Star is better. Even if it's only for a limited time. Also Fire Flower.
Cosmic Mario can even clone himself as much as he wants. Double the trouble! Double the trouble again! AND MMMMMAKE IT DOUBLE!
Cosmic Mario is invincible, he can resist any of Mario's attacks. Even if they do somehow find a way to beat him, his reflexes to technically teleport are there.
And his voice is kinda weird.
Cosmic Mario: HAHAHAHA! LETSA GO!

Cosmic does have some weaknesses though. He is a copy of Mario, meaning he is exactly like him. Despite the creepy voice and all, of course.
Meaning he has the same weaknesses as him.

Dr. Eggman was a genius. He tried to take over the world for his benefit...but then Sonic came along!
Sonic grew an army...a BIG army...so big that Eggman couldn't handle it by himself and his robots.
So he made another robot. This one was going to be his last chance...his ultimate weapon...Sonic! Roboticized!
Metal Sonic is supposed to beat Sonic in every way possible. Meaning he can move faster than the speed of sound, jump higher than Sonic can, and even outmatch him.
It's satisfying, too! It's like seeing Deadpool die.
He didn't say that.
What I meant by that, is Sonic is SUPER annoying! So you call up Metal, and you're good to go!
Metal is also a badass. He's held Amy prisoner, he's defeated Sonic, multiple times, and even overrode his master and attempted world domination...by him-freaking-self.
Speaking of Sonic Heroes, don't forget his amazing Metal Overlord form!
Sonic doesn't do sh*t to Metal Overlord. He has laser beams that are pretty much impossible to dodge, and it took the combined forces (no pun intended) of SUPER Sonic, and Tails and Knuckles who have been overrun by Super Sonic.
SEGA: Sorry guys! No Super Tails or Super Knuckles!

Metal also has a supposedly indestructible Black Shield, his occasional spin dash and jump, and don't forget his amazing ability to run fast, although he goes even faster when he uses the rockets on his back.

Metal: (goes into the air, and attracts metal things all around)
