"So, you followed me here. I must admit, I admire your resolve. If only more people were like you, perhaps we wouldn't be in this situation. However, you're just a child, and you're meddling in affairs you cannot comprehend. So, for the sake of my vision, I will crush you."
Heads up: there's going to be a lot of text with this one. So, I decided a little while back that I wanted to take a "What Pokemon Trainer Class Are You?" quiz for the hell of it, found this one, and got the following result: "You are: A Villainous Team Leader! Let's face it: you're kind of evil. On your good days, you can accept the fact that you won't always get your way. On your bad days, however, that's a different story. Try to get some chill time every day to relax your nerves."
Obviously I couldn't just let this opportunity slip by, so I decided to create my own evil team leader persona. Turns out this is actually kind of hard because in order for it to be believably me, it needs to share some of my ideals and do something I'd at least consider. The problem with this is that because they're my ideals, I view them as just, and making that into something evil for a kid's game is tricky. So I decided to go the "well intentioned extremist" route - basically having my ideals, but going about it in a manner that I wouldn't pursue in real life. So Evil Team Leader Aura here has grown immensely frustrated at all of the problems in the world, and has concluded that most humans seem to either lack the power or the will to do anything about it in any meaningful timeframe. So she decided taking over the region by force was the only option left available. After Team I-Can't-Think-Of-A-Good-Name-And-Team-Revolutio-Is-Too-Obvious has a few failed attempts at causing change, including sieging a section of Kanto (I haven't decided which area), Leader Aura chases down a Mewtwonite Y, and heads to Cerulean Cave so she can force the Elite Four into submission, which results in the above scene. She'd still get away with Mewtwo despite your efforts, and it would be up to you in the Elite Four to prove to her that humanity does actually care and is capable of changing. I'll leave it at that, this is getting long.
As for the art itself it was also kind of tricky. I wanted to get it looking like the character art from Sun and Moon but I'm not very good at replicating art styles that closely so I don't know how well it turned out. Then I decided last minute I wanted a background which completely ignored the previous art style so nothing matches at all and... well I had fun so eh.
