Beta Pokémon: Wiltybell/Tsubomitto

I just saw all of the beta pokémon from Gold & Silver, so I had to draw a few of them.

I did Weepinbell's branched evolution because it honestly looked like a similar idea I thought of as a kid when the games first came out, so I felt I HAD to start with this one
