This is Blue. Blue is part of a elemental group, which can change their forms. Each of these members are made of their corresponding elements, like Blue.. The water thing. Blue is not a cat, just magical water that has the ability to change it's form. Blue doesn't have a gender, and it doesn't talk. When the creature is nervous, their form begins to melt, like shown above.
