Aww, you tagged me as a good ms paint artist! :D

Well, as for tips... the only thing i can say would be that simple is okay! Sometimes your art looks better when it isn't shaded. I find that often unless i go all the way with shading and highlights, it can look really... Off? yeah, off.
    :p and that's all i've got.

I really liked the shading!! The face shading is awesome in my opinion. and I really liked the base you used ^w^)/.
If I were you, I'd try to put a just some few lines in the dress, like 3 instead of 5, and draw it a little more bulky.
But I really liked the result. Also, I recommend you to try to draw at Paintool Sai program instead of MS paint, it can be pretty hard at the beginning, but you'll get used to it.
I liked the shading and the light!! You're improving!!:D

The shading turned out quite nice, actually (as did the flow of the dress) - I'd propose actually investing in adding some lighter tones/values in future works to make things look even more three-dimensional later on. You may also want to play around with line weights - that is to say the thickness of the lines - to clean your work up a bit more. ^^

Aaaha ^^ ! The shading is perfecto but you went a bit to crazy on the dots.I say you could work on the eyes a bit, too, though.
