Remember that Blastoise + Venusaur fusion created by that talking Gastly from the anime?
Well, I decided to sprite it.... hope y'all like it, even though it doesn't look like much.

I swear to God, every time I talk about Venustoise, I get Dragon Ball flashbacks.
