Even though you're fine with thunder and lightning, that doesn't make it okay to bE OUTSIDE IN A STORM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A FIRE-TYPE, KIT-KAT! WHADDYA DOIN'???

So this is my entry for round two of @ScribbleSplash's art contest! I really wanted to draw Kit-Kat, but realized halfway through that I wasn't sure how Vulpix bodies worked, so... xD
