Buut, it turned out, it was actually a boy. But he wore the clothes anyway.
Timmy grew up a miserable life, but one day, a magical fish bowl appeared in his room, and inside it were his two Fairy God Parents, Cosmo and Wanda. Or, as other fans like to pronounce it, his Fairly Odd Parents!

Timmy's main weapons are Cosmo and Wanda's, well, wands. But let's talk about Timmy first.

As Cleft, he can use a Grappling Hook, Helicoptor Blades, A Rocket, an Air Craft, a Baseball Glove, an Umbrella, a car...just the Grappling Hook, actually. But he knows martial arts too.
But he can also use the Crash Nebula Suit to float with a jetpack, a Justice Cannon, and gamma rays that can turn gases into solids!
And a Ninja Suit that's literally just a ninja suit!
But his most powerful form is...GALACTIMUS! That's it, it's literally just a Galactus ripoff.
No worries though, his title is literally the eater of planets!
But now, let's get to his fairies.

The trio can grant Timmy's every wish! EVERY ONE!

But that's not all the Nicktoons Heroes consist of, there's the Ninja Turtles, the Breadwinners, Invader Zim, the list goes on and on!
But with every great power comes great responsibility.
His fairies are held back by a lot of Da Rules, and are of course vulnerable to their greatest weakness: Butterfly nets.
Butterfly nets? Come on, fairies, you gotta have a weakness that's less stupid!
But with few weaknesses and two fairies at his side, nothing stops Timmy Tiberius Turner.

So he combined the three ingredients of what makes a girl: Sugar, spice, and everything nice, and got only the most anime thing Cartoon Network has ever seen.

"I don't know, I'm trying to get excited but really I'm bored out of my mind!" said Cosmo. "Come on, Cosmo, he said he wanted to travel to every place in the world! You can at least try to sound excited," Wanda pouted. "POOFPOOF!" said Poof.
Suddenly, The Powerpuff Girls flashed in front of the fairy trio. "I don't remember a nerd and two butterflies just poofing into our city like that! Prepare to get pummeled!" Buttercup punched her fist. "Come on, Buttercup, let's not jump to conclusions, maybe they're innocent!" said Blossom. "Hi. I'm Blossom. This is Bubbles and Buttercup," said Blossom. "You don't look like a blossom to me," said Timmy. And the name Bubbles should be applied to all of you. Your eyes are the size of your head!" said Cosmo. "Cosmo, you dimwit!" said Wanda. "Well, we tried," said Buttercup. "I don't think we have time for beating them up," Blossom pointed behind her. "Bubbles, you take care of them!" Blossom and Buttercup flew away. "Welp, guess I'm stuck with you," said Timmy.

Cosmo and Wanda shapeshifted into two laser guns Timmy could use. Timmy grabbed them and fired away. Bubbles dodged them easily. "Is that really the best you can do?" Bubbles giggled. "I can do plenty more!" said Timmy. "I wish I could fly!" said Timmy. Cosmo and Wanda raised their wands and Timmy floated into the air. Cosmo shapeshifted into an RPG and Wanda shapeshifted into a rocket. Timmy loaded his RPG, and fired Wanda at Bubbles. Bubbles moved out of the way, but Wanda followed Bubbles, took her by surprise, and landed the hit. Bubbles flinched, but it barely did anything. She flew up to Timmy and started punching, then kicking, then back and forth, faster and faster until Cosmo raised his wand and an anvil fell onto Bubbles. "Nice thinking, Cosmo!" said Wanda. "What? Oh, I was just hungry, so I was gonna eat some metal!" Cosmo dug in to some anvil. No problem, Bubbles quickly recovered by lifting the anvil and throwing it at Timmy. Timmy got out of there fast. Cosmo shapeshifted into a button. Timmy slammed the button, and Wanda as an EMP launched herself at Bubbles, and got the hit in. Bubbles, took a hard hit, and fell to the ground on her knees, bruises all over her. "Welp, we're done here. Cosmo, Wanda, poof us outta here!" yelled Timmy. Suddenly, the trio was shocked by an EMP. "But how is that possible? We just fired that same thing at her!" said Wanda. "That's because I'm not the innocent little girl I appear to be. Tee hee!" Bubbles giggled. "Like I said, GET US OUTTA HERE!" yelled Timmy again. "We can't, Timmy! That EMP deactivated our wands!" said Wanda. "Is there anything you CAN do?" asked Timmy. "Wait! My wand has an emergency one last wish mode!" said Cosmo, flipping a switch on his wand. "I wish I was the great and mighty GALACTIMUS!" said Timmy. Cosmo raised his wand and Timmy got covered in armor and grew in size. "Uh-oh," said Bubbles.

Galactimus fired beams from his hands at Bubbles, pushing her into buildings that she broke through from the sheer amount of force. When she finally lost velocity, she was bruised. She screamed at the top of her lungs. Glass and buildings shattered, but all Galactimus had to do was cover his ears. Bubbles flew over to Galactimus. "Alright, mister, enough playing around!" said Bubbles. She charged up a super-powerful beam, and so did Galactimus. As they unleashed it, they screamed "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" both of them trying their hardest. "Well, that's enough of that," said Galactimus, lifting his fist and smashing Bubbles into a pancake of blood.

Bubbles is a superhero, but she's only dealt with monsters with the same power as Galactimus with the combined power of Bliss, who we said wasn't going to be in this battle.
But when you know you bring out the Galactus ripoff, shit's about to get real.
Bubbles definitely had the upper-hand in close combat, but when Timmy turns into Galactimus, you're technically asking for death.
