He is the watcher of the timelines. And he is not happy that you are here. And he is angry.

    What I meant for it to be was sorta like the boss battle was getting ripped apart? Sorta like when you tear paper it gets all raggedy and stuff. He's the players consciences in the genocide run in a physical form.
