Theme challenge: Theme 1:design a Pokemon based off your profile

I'm going to try the theme challenge

@Loyaldis was the original creater of this challenge (from what I know of)

This is sparkplug the name is kinda obvious
My typing is electric and ghost but I didn't know how to put ghost and electric together so it's purely electric

Sparkplug is the outlet pokemon
With it's ability 9 volt which gives sparkplug a 20% health boost when it's hp is in the red

Sparkplug would be a fast special attacker that can't take many hits

Next theme : design a new Magikarp pattern for Magikarp jump
