I have never started nor joined a team before so I'm interested in how this goes.
First of all, the name. I called it Liaison, because it apparently means bond in French.
The team's goal is simple - discover the mysteries of mega evolution. That will gravely affect your adventure in Kalos. They aim to capture Mewtwo because of its ability to mega evolve and for its great power.
The admins are @DiamondPikachu, @Il Fantasma and @Midnight Princess. They all possess the ability to mega evolve their ace.
First, you will encounter Diamond after you battle Santalune Gym. He will have a Carvanah. Diamond will represent Mega Sharpedo so he wears a blue outfit with yellow stripes. You will re-encounter Diamond in Versant Road with his Carvanah.
Secondly, you will encounter Fanta after you battle Sycamore and gain a mega stone. Fanta will represent Mega Ampharos, so she wears a yellow outfit, with a red orb on it's chest. She will battle you with a Mareep and, if you lose, take your mega stone. You can rebattle her in Versant Road, where she will have Flaaffy. It is a double battle with Diamond. You win the second battle with Fanta; you are given back your Mega Stone.
Last but not least, Midnight will be encountered after you battle Shalour Gym. She will have a Absol. Representing Mega Absol, she will wear a white costume with a dark blue crecent.
Now, the grunts. I feel like other people should be able to join.

The standard uniform is a lab coat bearing the crest of Liaison - a mega stone that has the letter 'L' in the middle. They are commonly mistaken for scientists.
You will meet me at Anistar City, where me, my trusted admins and the grunts are discussing something.
My outfit is a pure black suit and a purplish-black tailcoat. When the player comes up to us near to us I will say the following lines:
"Why, hello young child. I am very busy at the moment. Please leave."
If you do not leave, you will hear our conversation:
"We will steal the sun dial. Its energy is equal to mega evolution and it has the power we need."
"But sir! How will we do it?"
"We will find out. Midnight, I have a job for you. Analyse everything suspicious."
I will then notice the player and I say:
"Why, you are a vermin, aren't you? Me and Midnight/Fanta (depends on the game: Fanta for X, Midnight for Y - sorry Diamond! You'll be in my next battle.) will battle you. If you lose, you do not tell anyone about my conversation."

Mega Sharpedo (same as Absol and Ampharos, but it is with Mewtwo this time)
