The next admin of Team Hyperspace is a man known as Cirrus Jacks. He is a stern, military type who strongly believes in Team Hyperspace's cause. He will fight to the end with his steel and ice pokemon. He was involved in numerous accidents over the course of his life, leading to many parts of his body to be replaced with metal and bionic parts. In a sense, he is half machine and half man. Beating him will be a difficult challenge!
