My OCs: Tamaki Nekoes

Here's a pretty boi, he's also a random character I designed out of boredom. I ended up liking his design waaaay more than intended, I like his design more than Pastellios' design, which says something because Pastellios mostly has stuff I like in their design.

Tamaki is an angel/elf, who was cursed to never be able to feel warmth again. He is literally always cold, if you ever see him actually warm then you better buy a lottery ticket, because you the luckiest person ever. Tamaki works/worked for the god of water, Nunia, and had water and ice powers given to him by them, along with his wings and halo making him an angel, and immortality, along with the ability to freely travel between the mortal realm, realm of the gods, and heaven. He's blind in one eye due to a previous battle, and he's able to hide his angel features in order to blend in with normal people in the mortal realm.
