Gale : - raises a brow and gently high fives the dragon - Did I do it right...?

It shows friendship, you can start by "high fiving" me first *smiles and holds out hands*

Gale : - slowly puts his hands out as well - Why do they do this, exactly?

Yeah... it is a thing friends do, one holds their hands palms facing the other person, and the other person lightly slaps the friends palms with their own. Do you want to try? *Is less suspicious of Gale now that both hands are visible* -holds out hand and turns palm up-

Gale : - snaps his finger and his knife disappears - Double...high five..?... - looks down at his two hands with a tilted head -

Oooook, well, if hugs aren't you thing how about a double high five, you know with both hands...
*still suspicious about Gale's other hand, and has now gained enough breath to breathe fire at a moment's notice*

Gale : - glances around nervously - I just don't like hugging people with both hands is all... - retreats the hand he was using to hug back behind his back and whistles innocently -

Of course I am not super spooped, I just.... am cautious, yeah. Ummm Gale, why are you only hugging me with one hand?! *takes in a large breath as preparation for potential fire breathing if attacked*

Gale : Y r u so spooped of me? - tilts head -

Yay! Come here and I'll give you a hug... In my two inch thick armor with wool on the outside! :-P

I'm not quite certain but hey, at least, my scales are like armor...
*thinks "I bet Gale just needs some friends... I hope...."*

Gale : - hides knife behind back and hugs back with his free hand - Now why would I hurt you my dear ~

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sure (please don't kill me XD) *gives Gale a light hug*
