Gardevoir/Darkrai fusion is Astrid (Adopted from https://pokefarm.com/user/Sonichu (Sonichu's Profile - PokéFarm Q) )
Gardevoir/Froslass fusion is Icicle, and she's the one Alpha the Mightyena got his ice powers from, since she was the previous bearer of them. (Adopted from @Crims0n )
Pink, blue and black Gardevoir is France, made by me. Fun fact, he's the only male out of these 4 XD
