We find our Trainer and her Pokemon still walking around the forest. Ruby was walking a bit ahead of the group with her tail swinging happily back and forth, ready to fight anything that came her way. Zack was relaxing in Skye's hood, enjoying looking up at the sky and watching the clouds. " Hey you! " A voice called from behind the small group. Skye turned and saw a rather average looking trainer. " Yes? " She called as her Pokemon took notice to the stranger. " How about a battle? " " Sure! A battle sounds great! " Skye smiled and looked down at Ruby then up at Zack. " I think we need to stretch our legs. " The other Trainer threw up a Pokeball, a small green bug type came out of the ball. " Metapod! " Skye looked at in awe, never seeing one before. " Oooooo ~ " Ruby looked up at her trainer with a raised brow. Skye chuckled then shook her head. " Alright, Ruby it's your time to shine! " Ruby nodded then jumped in front of Skye. " Charmander! " The other trainer smirks. " Alright Metapod, use Harden! " The Metapod glowed a little silverish tint, but did no damage. " Alright Ruby use Flamethrower! " Ruby let out a very powerful Flamethrower which roasted the bug type, causing it to faint. " Wh - What?!? " The trainer twitched his eye then left with his Metapod. After they left, Ruby started to change...
" R - Ruby? " The Charmander glowed with a bright light, her appearence started to change. She grew taller. Her tail growing longer. Her head gaining a tip to it. " Charmeleon! " She called as the change was done, shooting a Flamethrower into the air. " Woah! " Skye said as she looked at her new Pokemon. Zack even woke up from his nap to look at Ruby's new appearance. Skye just so happened to look over and saw the lights of a town. " Hey look! We're almost out! " She smiled and rushed over towards the light, her Pokemon following right behind her.
