Honestly, it's any OC in general, but especially Sonic "OC's" recolors.

Just using MS Paint for drawings isn't inherently bad, it's just people who don't know how to use it properly that give it a bad name.
One thing, though. Instead of doing the lineart with the Brush tool (which gives it a white border around the original line), try using the Pencil tool.
