My OCs: Rowan Carmine

Red wolf bartender man Who is also a spy and assassin, but shh. He has great hearing and sense of smell due to being part wolf, he's also quite quick. His ability makes him stronger depending on the phase of the moon, a full moon being one of the times where he's almost at his strongest. During blood moons, he's as strong as he can possibly be, however, he also basically goes insane and feral during blood moons, he has no control over himself whatsoever during them, and has no idea what he's doing, normally has to be locked up in a special cell during blood moons so he doesn't hurt anyone, as he almost always attacks anyone or anything that moves during those moons, with the intent to kill.
