Regional Variant Eevee

The first of several regional variants for my fanmade region. As with the official region’s variants, they will be traced from official material in their basic concept work. This Eevee is no exception. It is meant to be the starter of this region, and is ??? Type. The themes of the hypothetical game’s plot center on the conflict between passion and commercialism in the professional art world. Variant Eevee embodies the concept of an undeveloped artistic idea, and each of its evolutions symbolizes an artistic medium.
