Redesigns for Canon Characters : Young Bliss (PPG Reboot)

I don't like the reboot, but I do like Bliss.

Things I changed

• Changed her hair color to a dark blue
• Gave her Bubbles' hairstyle
• Switched her headband out for a bracelet of a similar design
