legendary pokemon as weapons: Rayquaza weapon

So here is Rayquaza.
I don't know how you guys feel about it but I think the coulor sceme looks moor like Flygon but thats just my opinion. Oh and the random coulors at the top are supossed to be an aurora but it looks really weird becouse clouds where to simple for me.
