We make exceptions for certain types of bases ("blank" bases that have been specifically created to be used and edited by others, with that explicit purpose) and even those require credit with a link to original base used as posted by its original artist - both for purpose of giving credit to the original artist and for having it verifiable that the base is used as it was intended to be used by its maker.

Custom sprites aren't that type of base/blank - and I find that more often than not 'free to use' might mean 'free to use as long as it's unaltered'.

The Tyrunt/Tyrantrum sprite use someone else's fanmade sprite as a base and that is not allowed here. The particular rule-breaking image has been removed, the others have been left as is.
