The Blue Blur Well, I decited to draw random people and it turned out to look like an anime character. But there is the lineart and then the coloring. I don't have much else to say.

    Thanks! :) But yeah, what I use for coloring is pretty cheap and I think that the worst spot of the coloring was the hair but I'm still improving.
