Animation complete! I wasn't sure how I wanted to animate the rain (I had several different ideas, some more complex than others), and after thinking a bit I took the lazy route. Also yes, the colors are more muted than the WIP because this one's rainy as opposed to sunny.
I think I did okay? ^^;

@Blu Ace honestly I don't know! I'm open to suggestions though I can't promise to get anything done.

@Blue moon thank you very much! Making sprites isn't too difficult (in theory); just open up any image editing software you like and use the pencil tool to draw whatever you want. Or, find a base and edit it, also with the pencil tool. Of course, that's not everything there is to spriting, but as long as you keep working on it and keep practicing you can make works you can be proud of~

You are definately amazing I wish I knew how to do sprites. By the way, keep up the amazing work! I'm sure your friend did like it a lot, you did an awesome work with such a complex request.

@Blue moon I do them because they're fun, challenging, rewarding, and visually pleasing. And because I hope other people can like the sprite as much as I do. ^^ Also, I did make this one for my bestie; she was the one who gave me the prompt of having a willow tree in the rain while a book flips pages underneath. It's an oddly specific but also very interesting request and I just had to do it... in time for her birthday. 8D

I knew you could do it! I actually like the atmosphere of the rainy scene better since it looks so peaceful.
