A new character I made.This is an (Former) elite trainer,Victoria.She gave up her title of one of the Elites from the Pokemon Leauge,to come back to her hometown and protect the family of kimono sisters from her region.Her pokemon are Wigglytuff,Umbreon,and Arcanine.Her Ace Pokemon is Venasaur and Staraptor.
