Amy walked back when she saw her friends. "Wow? You ACTUALLY came out alive? THAT'S a surprise!" They giggled. "Who saved you?" asked Brittany the Buneary. "I dunno, some Snivy..." Said Amy. "Well, if you're saying it like that, then...Ooh, is he cute?" asked Katie the Kirlia. "No! Stop! I was lucky to be saved in the first place!" Said Amy. Katie and Brittany giggled. The Snivy, known as Cloud, heard them while he was walking away. He rolled his eyes. "Ugh. Modern teenage girls." he said, walking back home. "Hey gramps." he said as he got there. "Oh, Cloud, I've got just the thing for you." said his grandpa, Serperior. "What is it?" Asked Cloud. "Well, you know that thing I've been working on for the past week?" asked Serperior. "Yeah, was it for me?" asked Cloud. "I present to you...the Leaf Blade." said Serperior, handing him some string made of grass. "Um...it's a piece of string." said Cloud. "That's what it may look like. But wrap it around your dominant arm." he said. Cloud took the string, and did what he was told. "Now, use your brain to tell it to unwrap." said Serperior. Cloud closed his eyes, and thought, "unwrap!" and when he did that, the string turned into a super sharp sword. "Woah! And when I tell it to wrap back up again, will it do that?" asked Cloud. "Well, it wouldn't be a very mobile sword if it couldn't do that." said Serperior. "Wow! This is amazing! Thanks, gramps!" said Cloud. "Anytime! I'll come up with upgrades to make it better, too!" said Serperior. "Alright, let's try thing thing out!" said Cloud. The sword unwrapped, and he was able to swing around his sword. "Alright then, laddy. I think it's time you get some rest." said Serperior. "Oh, boy! I can't wait to try this thing out tomorrow! I LOVE BEING A HEROO!" said Cloud, as he ran upstairs.
The next day, Cloud ran outside and to school. He saw his friends. "Hey, Cloud! Over here!" said Dante the Dratini. "We've got something to show ya!" said Lucas the Larvitar. Cloud ran over to where they were. "Hey, take a look at this!" said Dante. "What is it?" asked Cloud. "There's free entries for a Pokemon Tournament! It says that if any kid is brave enough, they can bring three or more! And there's three of us! It's after school! Wanna join?" asked Lucas. "Cool! I'm down with that!" said Cloud. "Alright, fellow students. Class is about to begin, I suggest you all take your seats!" said Mr. Farfetch'd.
