Pokemon Master Blue and his Charizard (Incomplete)

Ok. It's been a longlong time since Pokemon Master Blue asked me for a request. I've felt so bad because i haven't had time to work on it for him. But he has been waiting patiently. So. It's not done yet. My back phone camera is smashed. I took the picture with the front camera. And i will complete it and take a better picture. But there is this for now.. Thank you Blue for being cool to me! i will do better for you my friend.

I don't know how to do this (@Pokemon Master Blue) when the name has spaces..
