Whew, these were a doozy to get through the design process for! We have the split-evolving termites!
ALERT LIST-
@Tudor21G
@Crimson Sun
Mimite
The Termite Pokémon
Bug Type
A colonial type of Pokémon who live in the region’s grasslands. They construct mounds either out of clay or the earth carried on the backs of Terraund.
Abilities: Swarm, Strong Jaw(Hidden)
Mitimfite
The Fighter Pokémon
Bug Type
These Pokémon live in colonies of Mimite as soldiers, and frequently fight off other bug type Pokémon intruders. They secrete a special acid from their pincer glands in order to stave off larger predators via blinding.
Abilities: Swarm, Strong Jaw(Hidden)
Terraund
The Mud Fortress Pokémon
Bug and Ground Type
These Pokémon wander the grasslands with their resident Mimite colonies, and either carry their colonies within their back or create elaborate mounds out of clay and rest in the center as a production for more earth to build the mound further.
Abilities: Sand Spit, Strong Jaw(Hidden)
Termalac
The Spire Pokémon
Bug and Rock Type
Termalac are evolved from Mitimfite that rest themselves in Mountains. Though they may keep a small colony with them, they are not as numerously packed as the colonies of Terraund. They return to the lower mountains to Breed, before returning to the mountains.
Abilities: Rock Head, Strong Jaw(Hidden)
Cryomaut
The Frostbite Pokémon
Bug and Ice Type
Cryomaut evolve from Mitimfite that stray closer to the north. They then live solitary lifestyles for most of their lives, mating once with one partner very late into their age. They give birth during summer in the seasonal zone before retreating, usually leaving their young with their original colony under the care of its resident Terraund.
Abilities: Snow Warning, Strong Jaw(Hidden)
Well this was fun to make, thanks to Tudor for the idea! My idea for the ego is that they’d evolve in different ways, Terraund from level up, Termalac from evolving in one of the Region’s higher mountains, and finally Cryomaut from level up near the “Emperor’s Glacier” OR the “Imperutaina Shard” areas.
Anyway stay tuned folks!
