Well, I didn’t put in a description for these when I uploaded them. Or include them in the series. Or ping anyone. So here he is, I’m totally gonna run my finished mons dry If I do daily uploads, idek, what the hell anyway. Now then, here’s Vestician Hoothoot and Noctowl, based on snowy owls!

Hoothoot
The Drifting Pokémon
Ice and Flying Type
Hoothoot in Vestis began to move to the frigid Northwest of the region, influenced by the Legendary -REDACTED- Pokémon according to legends. It flies through the trees of the northern snowy forests at night, hunting small Pokémon dashing through the brush.
Abilities: Big Pecks, Ice Body, Snow Warning(Hidden)

Noctowl
The Windchill Pokémon
Ice and Flying Type
Noctowl in Vestis are the top night predators in the northern parts of the region, with sharp beaks that are used to attack enemy Pokémon after being caught in their immensely powerful talons. If they cannot get a sneak attack on a target, they tend to use their freezing breath attacks to stop them in their tracks.
