I met Kahuna Hala, and I was ready to start my Grand Trial. “Oh, hold it! I need to do something!” He said. Our wooden battle field was quickly surrounded with many people in the stands, like a huge stadium! And our battlefield rose 100 feet in the air! I saw mom and Meowth cheering for me. “The rules are simple! Each trainer may use 3 Pokémon of their choosing! Each trainer can only use ONE Z-Move! BEGIN!”.
“Go Machop!” Hala said. “Go Capn’!” I said! “A new Pokémon I see. A wise choice to choose a Metapod for a battle like this!”. “Yeah, I caught him while coming back from Verdent Cavern! Anyways, use Harden!” I said. “Meeeeta!” My Pokémon said. “Use Power-Up-Punch!” Hala said, But Capn’ barley took damage. “Now use Tackle!” I said, as Capn’ lunged at his opponent. “Now use Ice Punch!” Hala ordered. The attack hit, and Capn’s shell cracked! Suddenly, a new Pokémon came out of it. “Huh!?”. “Let’s check what Capn’ is now! Butterfree, the butterfly Pokémon! And the evolved form of Metapod! Zzzzzzzz! Now that it’s out of it’s shell, it is fully grown, and can use powerful new attacks!” Rotom Pokédex said. “Oooh Yeah! Okay Capn’, use Air Cutter!” I said. “Frreeeeee!” My Pokémon said, It was super effective! “Machop is unable to battle, Capn’ is the Winner!” The referee said.
“Go Makuhita!” Hala said. “Okay, use Air Cutter!” I ordered. It hit, but it was still fresh! “Now use Thunder Punch!” Hala said to His Pokémon. It hit hard! “Fine, use Psybeam!” I said, but it continued to tank my attacks. “Now Sand Attack!” The Kahuna said. “Oh no Capn’”. Capn’, blinded from the sand, couldn’t aim his attacks! “Finish it with Force Palm!”. “Buuu...” Capn’ said unable to battle.
“ Alright Go-“. But before I could send in my next Pokémon, Baby Shock went out. “Um, sorry Baby Shock. I was gonna send in Snouty.”. “Piiichu...” My Pokémon sighed. “Don’t worry, I promise you’ll be in my next battle Okay?” I said to him returning him to his Poké Ball. “Go Snouty!” I said. “Drowwwzeeee!” He cried. “Use Confusion!” I said, but Makuhita continued to tank attacks. “Now use Sand Attack!” He said. “Not so fast Hala! Disable!” I said. Makuhita stopped in it’s tracks. “Now Use Pound!” I said, it landed a critical hit!. “Now Let’s see if you can Tank this Makuhita! Ha!”. “Build up Z-Power Snouty!”. I posed for the Normalium-Z, and a golden energy surrounded Snouty. “Use...

Confusion!” I said. “Crabhammer!” Hala said. It knocked Snouty out in one hit. “Okay! Go Snickers!” I said. “Rawwwer” He said. “Now use Fury Swipes.” I said. “Now Wild Charge!”. They did massive damage! “Now, ready for Z-Power Crabrawler! All-Out Pummeling!”. His Pokémon unleashed a full force Z-Move. “Snickers!” I yelled.
But Snickers survived the attack and the energy from All-Out Pummeling made him evolve! “Another evolution! Zzzz! Torracat, the Fire Cat Pokémon! And the evolved form of Litten! Zzzzzz! The Bell on its neck store heat energy and rings when Torracat uses a Fire attack! Zzzzz!”. “Raaaaarwr!” Snickers said. I smirked and Snickers smirked too! We were in perfect sync! “Use Fire Fang!” I said, it dealt great damage! “Finish it with Heat Crash!”. “RARRRRRWWR!” He yelled! I had won my Grand Trial! “Impressive, you have earned this! A Fightanium-Z!”. “Alright! I completed My Melemele Grand Trial!” I exclaimed. “Woo cousin!” Kukui said “Snickers was like A flame out there!”.
