Pokegue: Pokegue: Summer's Festival, White Snake

In celebration of the summer the 'Summer's Festival' Magazine has arrived.There are countless local festivals (祭り, matsuri) in Japan each year. They are all spectacular, extravagant, and fun but also unique. Each celebration is based around an individual shrine which pays tribute to a different deity or a famous historical event. Now it my magazines will be based around the celebration of Japanese Summer.幸福を求めて

Now I know that im new here, so I'll give an explanation. Pokegue is just a rip off of Vogue but with pokemon, I have been doing this for a while now. This is my 6th issue. I just draw people's pokemon ocs if they ask and such. So here is the first one here. You can see the rest on my deviant art.
