Pleppy The Derpy Pelipper

One of the 3 main members of my re-playthrough (that word probably doesn't exist but who cares) of White 2, the other two are Gart the Serperior (starter of course) and Clark the Cobalion (yes I nicknamed Cobalion "Clark", it's a reference to a character from a fighting game).
