RadioJack, the maniacal sawblade. He is almost never seen without his girl, Lootin' Libby, these two were always inseparable, running away from their parents to pursue a life of crime together as a dynamic duo. These newfound outlaws would rob and pillage stores and banks in outlandish ways, not even caring what they did with their goods. One account even had them driving away from a crime scene with bags of burning cash. They were a pretty popular crime duo together before the apocalypse.
A chaotic wake follows with every footstep they make. It's due to that that they were quickly cornered in their careers, backed into a corner by police. It was only due to Prince Percy's rescue did they come to survive under his employ, becoming some of his best and feared elite taskforce of Junk Chuckers.
RadioJack's Saw is feared, as it's user will not hesitate to hack off parts of cars and people alike, only interested in looting whatever he deems valuable and reaping fits of laughter for him and his beloved. He uses his modified pilot helmet to hijack radio signals and even somehow determine where the closest running car or plane is!
His calling card is to spill gasoline from his ride/weapon, the sparks from the blade igniting the gas while he drives away in glee.
