StellarWind Elsydeon I got hit by a random urge to draw a Steel-type Eeveelution with some kind of biometallic plating. This thing happened. ^^

    I have no doubt that a more Sugimori-esque rendering of Panzeon would be a bit less detailed and most likely closer to the style that most Eeveelutions seem to follow. But then, I don't try to emulate Sugimori in my works most of the time. XD
