“Instead of using Xerneas’s power for good, he decided to use the legendary Pokémon’s power to power his machine. The Hero of Light worked day and night, leaving his sister to protect Kalos from other dangers. After a few months, his invention was finished. A huge blossom of death. The Ultimate Weapon. It was shaped like a giant flower. His sister realized this, and knew she had to save the citizens of Kalos from her brother.
The legendary pokemon Yvetal by her side, she challenged her brother. The two legendary pokemon had a great battle, destroying the weapon in the process. After the battle, both legendary pokemon had lost all of their energy. They reverted back into cocoons, disappearing into the unknown regions of Kalos. Both of the Heros could not carry on, for they had lost all of their energy as well. Their souls left their bodies, and became dormant like the cocoons. They were cured to 100000 years of eternal rest. But now, they are awakening.”
