Starlight is a hopeless romantic Pokemon. He lives his life to find a girl for him. He flirts around a lot. Starlight's a little grouchy and not usually too friendly, except to nice gals. He likes to flirt around, and be chill and he dislikes those who aren't up to his standards and people who block him from meeting girls. (He is Cosmos's Brother)​
