Nia, the enigmatic traveler who appears occasionally in my on-going fanfic, Mew-child. Mel can’t get a read on Nia at all and mostly just ends up annoyed by her; for her part, Nia seems content to show up at random to see how Mel is doing.
When the cult Genesis appears, Nia usually isn’t far behind. Could there be a connection?
