Nega Gio

This is Nega Gio, a version of Gio from an alternate reality, where everything is different, in that reality Gio is an evil mastermind, a twisted and irrational monster.
Unlike the real Gio, who controls electricity, Nega Gio controls anything related to ice.
Nega Gio's signature attack, "Stare of Death", consists of him shooting a beam of light from his eyes that freezes anything it touches within a certain distance.
