My Oc's: Victoria the Vulpix

Victoria is a female vulpix who was born with blue places on her fur (as everyone can see) and blue eyes, and a white under belly. She is Kate's best friend, but they get separated when they are adventuring around a river that goes to the ocean, called Mystic river. I have to say, she turned out way better then I thought she would!
