As we all know, friends change over the years. People come and go- though for me, I can happily say that not many people have gone. In fact, more people have come more than anything, believe it or not. I know I barely believe it. Of course, that’s not a bad thing, especially since all the people I’ve met over the past year have been amazing~! These people include @Pen-and-Parchment, @Crow-13, @The Protato, and @DopeLeafeon470, who quickly became close friends of mine when we first met. And yes, before you ask, I was part of the reason why @Crow-13 joined this site. What can I say except "you're welcome"~? xD
As you may have noticed, however, I’ve been fairly inactive for quite some time here. I’m terribly sorry for that! With schoolwork, an audiodrama (run by Pen), and just things in general ESPECIALLY FAILING GRADES, I haven’t had much time to hang out here. I’m hoping to change that, though~!
With the help of all the friends I’ve picked up over the past year and the one before it, ideas were made, completely trashed, then remastered into something greater than before. A prime example of this was a game I was and still am planning to make, based off of the members of the Pokecharms Discord server, run by @Hisseki: The Attic, a choose-your-own-adventure~! It’s still in the making and on a bit of a hiatus, but I’m hoping it’s a project we can go back to and continue in the near future~! Thanks to everyone who’s a part of that for being so patient and willing to help! It would’ve already been trashed for sure without you guys. ;3;
I’ve learned that drawing isn’t for me (as if that wasn’t already obvious from my garbage art xD), so I’ve been focusing on other things for quite some time now, most notably writing! Hopefully I can start a series here, or something along those lines, that I could make a weekly thing. I think that’d be a fine start for something bigger, don’t you~?
Like I said before, many, many old friends were kept from my first year here, including @Super Nova, @LuckyMug, @Hisseki, @WolfyPop, @Yoshi_Dere, @The Peanut Gallery, @Staroid (you will be missed… even though I’m gonna make sure we keep in touch on Discord xD), @Mewtwofan259, @Stormursa, @Kyubi~, @Eeveechu151, @SismicFlareCharmander, @Snow~Bun, and @Clementina, and that’s not including others from Discord without Charms accounts. Mostly all of you have stuck with me through thick and thin, and you honestly have no idea how grateful I am to call you all friends. Thank you so, so much for being you. Yes, I know that sounds cheesy, but I'm unoriginal. Fight me. -3-
...That’s about it for now, not gonna lie. Not much else has happened over the past year, save for meeting new people and reaching new lows. I’m surviving, though, so that’s pretty nice… and I’ll keep surviving for all of you! Again, thanks so much, Charms, for being so welcoming and loving, especially when I know too many people that’re the exact opposite. I honestly would be in a much worse place today if it wasn’t for you. You helped turn my life around. That’s why I say thank you.
