The left is the Austin from Benders, a series where four teen gain elemental powers and can evolve into elemental dragon spirits.
On the right side is the Austin from Ashe, a fan made RWBY story, he has rocket armor, which he can use to block enemy attacks, jump higher, run faster, or launch a Rocket Fist at his foes!
