@Hollow Omega Hii !!!First of all thank you so much for your comments , I'm really happy you like my artworks!!!I've done Mimikyu and the background with digital effects (so with an application) :I colored all the background with dark blue , second I've drew the decorations with blue , purple and pink with a special application's pen.Finally I've used shade and I've put a reflection of light because I wanted to emphasize Mimikyu !!! ( I hope is a good explanation , anyway if you don't understand something you can write me ) !!! Thank you so much =)

How do you even make these backgrounds? They add so much to the artwork
