@EveeFan I make them on an image editing program, mostly MS Paint (comes on all Windows machines) or Photoshop (which costs money). I know some people also use other programs; @nuclearsushi recommended FireAlpaca to me the other day and while I have yet to try it out myself, I hear good things about it. And it's free for both Mac and Windows computers, if you're interested!
