Beta Pokémon (GS): Meowsy

Such a cutie! I really don't understand why Game Freak scarpped this guy. Some of the other beta baby mons I can understand since they looked too similar to their evolved forms, but I don't think Meowsy looks too much like Mewoth at all. I personally think it has a very appealing design that would probably be popular with a lot of fans, especially those who like cute mons.
Anyway, I hope you all like the artwork!
