This is Kurin Town, starting place for budding trainers. Profesor Cedar is an older man, who acts more like a little kid. There are five starters, Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Eevee, and Pichu.
There is a dock, for new arrivals and a Pokemon Center/Pokemart.
