Strange Origins: Kivuli (A.K.A Experiment 007), info and background

This character's story is different from some of my other OCs. Because I came up with his voice before I even came up with his name or appearance (his first words or to be more specific the first words I came up with for him to say were "Jeech. No sense of humor.") . Kivuli means shadow in Swahili, which is sort of convenient because sometime after I created his voice, I gave him the ability to manipulate shadows. Kivuli can use his abilities to attack and/or to hide. Before he went to the good side he occasionally used his cuteness to get out of trouble for stealing.
