Yay! First of all let's start off with the more simple details, The tail could be a cloud or just a good 'ol tail with the color of your choice it could also be seperated (assuming you chose the cloud tail) with, again your choice of color, And with the element being Air the body form should appear light and weightless, so I think a body like Umbreon's or Espeon's Could suit it but then again I'm just giving out suggestions. You could also add Runic Markings or something like that I've seen a lot of Air Elementals have them... As for the Palette a simple Blue with gradually lowering Shade should work (and a slight change of Hue wouldn't hurt)
