This is Mei, the Fairy, Normal, and Dark type specialist. Currently she is used in The Hoenn Trainer Experience Roleplay along with a few conversation Roleplays. She usually is a little humorous with a sense of inferiority. She is very observant and if you are around her a lot, even if you don't interact with her, Mei will know a lot about you.
