not sure if the bowl should be General Tsao chicken, that was my main intention, looks too light, so I'll say its Sesame Chicken
background, not well made, was going with the slightly faded look of Seward Park with some of Mercer Island visible (in Seattle) - I walks a lot in the summer in the park
