Commissions!: Im Sorry This Took Tooooo Long

Wowzers, this was one of the earliest commissions, and my last one I've drawn.... sorry... Because i had to do all the pokemon in one image, i kinda put it to the side i was gonna do it when i had a little more time, which is dumb of me because i just stared school again. Once again sorry. P.s, I know the backround is the definition of poop and laziness. Its also 11:20 rn... oops?

This commission, was for @Kaben and Madeleine and i wonder if they forgot they asked me by now XP.... (sorry i kinda got lazy on the Manaphy and Eevee)
